Criminal Background Check

The Metropolitan Nashville Public School System requires a Criminal Background Check (CBC) on all new employees.  A Criminal Background Report must be on file before you can start work.

Employee Relations

MNPS offers a very complex and confidential department for both certificated and support with the Employee Relations Department.  Services are available for individuals working in MNPS who may request the following transactions:  injured on job, OSHA concerns, temporarily unemployed, major job-related issues, and Employee Assistance Program.
